Price, Specifications and Availability
Pricing featured on quotations may be valid for varying
periods, never exceeding 30 days. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please
verify part numbers, prices, specifications and availability with your dedicated account
manager or the Factory Outlet.
Warranty policy for Donna Cona Spirit
systems
Limited Warranty:
All Donna Cona products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship at
the time of original sale by Donna Cona. All Donna Cona products are in accordance
with our published specifications or those specifications agreed to by Donna Cona and
the purchaser at the time of original sale.
Warranty Period: Any
Warranty Period purchased from Donna Cona is from the invoice date of Customer purchase
of the product. All defects must be reported to Donna Cona during the Warranty Period.
Warranty Rights: For
any product found to be defective, and reported to Donna Cona to be defective within
the Warranty Period, Donna Cona, at its option, will repair or replace the defective
product. Any repaired or replaced product will assume the remaining warranty coverage or
will be covered for ninety (90) days from the date of repair or exchange, whichever is
longer. Please note that items purchased from the Factory Outlet are covered with a 30
day warranty only.
Exclusions From Warranty: Any
improper installation or use, operation beyond capacity, accidents not attributable to
Donna Cona, substitution of parts not approved by Donna Cona or any alteration
or repair by others in such manner as in Donna Cona's judgment affects the product
materially and adversely shall void this Limited Warranty.
Limitation of Remedies: Donna Cona’s obligation for defective product is limited to repairing or replacing the
product, or parts thereof, as expressly stated in this Limited Warranty. In no event shall
Donna Cona be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special
damages arising out of the operation, or failure of operation, of the product. Donna Cona shall not be liable for any costs of procurement of substitute goods, loss of profits,
personnel costs, payments to third parties, or any consequential, incidental, and/or other
damages of any kind resulting from a breach of any applicable express or implied warranty,
or otherwise with respect to the sale of any Donna Cona product.
Exclusion of Other Warranties: The
above Limited Warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty and remedy with respect
to any defective Donna Cona product and is in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities
of Donna Cona. All other warranties, expressed or implied are hereby disclaimed, including
but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Donna Cona’s liability, whether based on contract, warranty, strict liability,
tort, or any other basis, shall not exceed the price of the product whose defect or damage
is the basis of the claim.
Return Policy
Prior to shipping products back to Donna Cona,
an Authorization Number must be obtained from our Service Department. In order to process
your return promptly, the products must be returned prepaid to our warehouse with the following:
· A
copy of the original invoice or packing slip showing the serial number.
· A
brief note describing the reason for the return.
· All
manuals, accessories and original packaging.
· An
Authorization Number on a clearly visible removable sticker on the outside of the box.
Box must be clean and free of marks.
All collect shipments will be refused. Improper packaging,
physical damage, or alteration of serial numbers will void all warranties. All goods returned
for warranty that are found to be non-defective (or damaged as a result of misuse) will
be shipped back to the customer collect. A service fee of $50.00 may be applied.
Dead on Arrival Products (DOA)
DOA products and/or any shipping discrepancies must
be reported to Donna Cona within 48 hours of receipt of goods. DOA returns are subject
to the RMA return policy outlined in this document.
All defective products that are not reported as DOA
within 48 hours will be considered as products that have failed after normal operations
and will be replaced or repaired when you place a Service Call through this web site, or
by telephone (1-800-563-1007 x 241).
Returns for Credit
Credit will not be issued on any products purchased
over 30 days and on any special order products. Products will be accepted for credit only
if returned in resalable condition including original packing and all manuals and accessories.
A minimum of 20% restocking fee will be applied on returned items. All products returned
for credit are subject to the same RAN policy as above. Donna Cona reserves the right
to refuse any request to issue credit for returned product. If authorized by our Service
Department, the customer will be issued a credit.
